Beach villa vs overwater with little kids
Beach or lagoon-edge family villas are usually simpler with non-swimmers. Overwater decks need constant supervision. In this pilot, Ritz-Carlton Fari Islands explicitly requires a waiver for overwater villas with children under 12.
